Winbit's Terms & Conditions — Know it, understand it, follow it

1 Introduction & Eligibility

Winbit (winbit.ws) is Bangladesh's most popular online Sports Betting and lottery platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Winbit and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Winbit platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These terms and conditions are written in Bangla so all users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. However, in the event of any interpretive dispute, Winbit's decision shall be considered final.

To register on Winbit, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• You must have an active mobile number
• You must not have any existing account with Winbit
• You must agree to these terms and conditions of your own free will

2 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may register only one account on Winbit. If a member is found operating multiple accounts, Winbit reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held within them. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Winbit may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. You may be required to submit documents such as your National ID, passport, or birth certificate, among others. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Provide your correct name, address, and mobile number at the time of registration
• Keep your account password strong and confidential
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your account
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Winbit Support immediately

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Winbit supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though minor delays may occasionally occur due to banking system processing times.

Winbit does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond Winbit's control. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted
• Winbit may request verification for suspicious transactions

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from Winbit is straightforward and quick. However, withdrawals may be delayed until certain conditions are met. Under Winbit's terms and conditions, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds derived from bonuses
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals are capped at ৳2,00,000 per day

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Winbit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met. All bonus-related conditions are clearly listed on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit
• Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x)
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address, device, or household is strictly prohibited
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires
• Winbit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

6 Betting Rules

Placing bets on Winbit requires following a set of fundamental rules. These rules apply equally to all members and ensure that every bet is settled fairly.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds in live betting change after a match starts — whatever is shown on screen at the time of placement is final
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• In case of any dispute over scores or results, the official ruling of the relevant international sports governing body will apply
• If a bet cannot be accepted due to a technical issue, it will be considered void
• The maximum payout on any single bet is subject to Winbit's set limits

For lottery betting, results are finalised after the draw takes place. Once a lottery ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. Prize amounts displayed are before tax and any applicable deductions.

7 Prohibited Activities

Winbit is committed to maintaining a fair and honest betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name
• Using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of manipulation
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Exploiting odds errors or technical glitches
• Money laundering or any other financial crime
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against Winbit

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Winbit reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken due to the following:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If KYC verification fails
• In accordance with a court order or government directive
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no rule violations have occurred, the funds will be returned to the member. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the Winbit Support team.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Winbit takes the security of your personal information seriously. Any information you provide will be used solely to improve Winbit's services and meet legal requirements. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

• Information will only be shared with authorities when required by legal obligation

10 Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion — temporarily closing your account for a set period

11 Limitation of Liability

Winbit strives to keep its platform running without interruption, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. Winbit will not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.

• Winbit is not responsible for bets voided due to internet connection issues
• Winbit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• Winbit is not liable for any losses caused by issues with a member's own device or software
• Winbit is not liable for service interruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, or similar circumstances

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

Winbit reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
